Pricing: Labor Rate: $80/hour for standard repairs. $90/hour for complex or detailed tasks. Materials: Provided by NB Sail Sports and billed separately. Additional Options: On-Site Repairs: $20–$50 travel fee for repairs conducted at your location. Urgent Repairs: Add 10–15% for same-day or expedited service. Cancellation Policy
At AMR Sailing Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality services tailored to each client’s needs. The following policies outline our terms for bookings, payments, cancellations, and responsibilities. 1. Bookings and Payments All services must be booked in advance through our website or direct communication. Full payment is required at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. For bundled programs, payment must be made in full before the first session begins. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session will incur a full session fee. No-shows without prior notice will result in forfeiture of payment. 3. Scope of Services Our services include consultations, coaching, and specialized programs. Recommendations and advice provided during sessions are based on professional expertise but do not guarantee specific outcomes. 4. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for ensuring their equipment is in working order for sessions. Safety during on-water activities is the sole responsibility of the client. Any materials or footage provided for analysis must be clear and relevant. 5. Liability AMR Sailing Solutions is not liable for injuries, equipment damage, or other losses incurred during sessions. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost. 6. Intellectual Property All advice, recommendations, and materials provided are for the exclusive use of the client and cannot be shared or reproduced without permission.
